Subscribing allows you to purchase products at a significantly discounted rate and gain access to high-quality models that are updated monthly.
Yes, any 3D file you have purchased, you have lifelong access to that content and can download them again.
- There are two types of plans: Individual, and Team, with different credits/month, annual and pricing depending on the user’s needs.
- Yearly plans offer up to a 20% discount for individuals and more for teams.
- The unused points will be carried over to the next month or year for free as long as the subscription is still active.
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard, but credits expire at the end of the billing period.
- The prices on the Pricing page do not include VAT/GST.
- Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express, JCB, and PayPal.
- There is no trial plan, but users can download hi-res samples from the Free section.

- Vietpoly assets can be used for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, depending on your subscription.
- We spend a lot of time, money, and effort building our assets, so there are many limitations to its use :
- Assets may not be shared, sold, licensed, redistributed, or repackaged and may not be used in cloud renderings, games, or AI models.
- Free assets can be used for commercial purposes with a subscription.
- You may not modify the textures and sell them as your own, or embed them in sold or redistributed models or scenes.

- Points are used to purchase Vietpoly assets. 1$ is equivalent to 10 points, so when you subscribe, you are given points equivalent to a 50-70% discount on products when making purchases.
- The cost of assets varies by type.
- Points will roll over each month if your subscription remains active, but will expire if your subscription is cancelled or fails.
- Higher resolution textures do not cost more credits.
- You can redownload acquired assets without spending points again and can find them under “Download” in the My Account page.
- Billing and credit refresh dates depend on whether you have a monthly or yearly plan.
- You can download free samples from the Free section, but must subscribe or buy an On-demand credit pack for premium content.
- You can use the assets even after your subscription expires, as long as you follow the terms and conditions.
You can cancel your Vietpoly subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Canceling your subscription will not issue a refund but prevent further charges.
After canceling, your account will show “Subscription Cancellation Scheduled” until the end of the billing term. You can still use remaining credits until then, and yearly subscribers will receive monthly credits.
Once the subscription ends, you can download any owned assets, but unused credits will be lost.
Refund Policy:
For any unused credits, you can receive a full refund of payments within 30 days (minus 5% transaction fees). Please contact [email protected] to request a refund.
Note: If you have used any credits, you won’t be eligible for a refund. Transaction fees vary, so we apply a flat 5% rate to calculate them.
- No, Vietpoly does not have access to your credit card or debit card numbers, or passwords. All transactions made on Vietpoly.com are secured by Stripe and PayPal payment processors.
